Diwali Celebration with 'Differently-abled'

This Diwali our CSR Team visited & celebrated the joy of Diwali with Deepashram NGO, Gurugram - a home for about 50 differently-abled and homeless boys and men. We were so amazed to see the paintings & diya artwork of these specially talented boys & men that we invited them to have a stall at our office Diwali Mela. No surprise, everyone appreciated their paintings & diya and many decided to buy atleast one painting/diya from them to share a small token of their love to them.

The boys living in this NGO are a perfect example of never giving up attitude. Doesn’t matter what adversities they are born with, they truly know how to laugh and make others smile too. Looking at their carefree selfless smiles and the excitement they had while meeting us, somewhere in heart our entire team was touched. Somewhere we can hear them say this to life -

“And I won't let you get me down
I'll keep getting up when I hit the ground
Oh, never give up, no, never give up
I'll find my way, find my way home... ”
