It sells cement in Indian Market by 3 different brand names: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Shree Ultra<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Bangur<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Rockstrong<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It has 7 cement manufacturing plants operating located in various parts of northern India including Beawar, Ras, Khushkhera, Jobner  (Jaipur) and Suratgarh in Rajasthan and Laksar (Roorkee) in Uttarakhand. <br><strong>The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of its pan India presence through a network of distributors, our client was facing challenges in optimizing the Supply chain.
